Flexible start days
25% of the rental fee is due on booking, the balance of the rental fee is due 56 days prior to your holiday.
We accept credit cards, cheques or an on-line payment.
Covid-19 Refunds
National Lockdowns If a national lockdown coincides with the dates of your stay where you are unable to travel and/or we are prevented from opening you will receive a full refund
Regional/Local Lockdown In the event that the address given by you at the time of booking is put into local/regional lockdown (Tier restrictions) where you are unable to travel or the property is placed into a tier where it would be required to close, you will receive a full refund. Please note that the refund applies only to a restriction being placed on the lead address given on the booking form.
The refund covers lockdowns and Tier restrictions, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance.
There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation or you can look for suitable cover on comparison sites such as www.gocompare.com.

Courtyard Barn is available from 4.00 p.m. on the first day of your stay and we ask that it is vacated by 10.00am on the last day.
Please note the following
Please no fireworks or Chinese lanterns, these will cause distress to local livestock and present a fire hazard to cottages with thatched roofs or barns storing hay.

Since Master Cancel withdrew from the UK and Europe we are no longer able to offer the same flexible cancellation terms. For all new bookings placed from 9th January 2021 the following terms and condtions apply.
